My Mission

I love the idea of taking these ideas and making them simpler and easier for everyone else to understand. I love finding ways to reach people and learning how everyone thinks and processes differently, and how that affects communication and delivery with them. These are things I feel like I can no longer grow in by being in a classroom or being in a school setting. I am someone with a million different experiences and a diverse background, and I want to use them and show them. When I am on a team, I don't like to be the person who is the star or is out in the spotlight. I am the person who makes everyone on the team better and makes everything smoother. I want to do something different, really challenge and push myself, and grow as much as I can. I grow and work best in high-pressure and tight deadlines, and when other people stress, I thrive. I want to show that the skills I possess will take a team or company to the next level.

My greatest strengths are my adaptability and my ability to connect with others to drive results. I’ve managed diverse teams of ten employees, coached varsity athletes to peak performance, and navigated the high-pressure world of educational site management.
